I have the same problem, I’ve called they told me it’s out for delivery but had no text or email of anyone. Please can someone tell me what is going on?

@Dancorry it would help if your post actually makes some sense.

Which version, @Dancorry?

Could you let me know the colour, memory size and date you ordered?

Thank you.

Chris

@Dancorry unless you have had an email or text to give a tracking number, then the chances are you are being lied to.

When I placed my order, I had an email about an hour later to give me my tracking number.

Unless you have those confirmations (check your spam folder) then the chances are you are waiting on nothing.

Hi Mark, can I ask when you placed your order?

I placed mine last Friday for the Graphite 12 Pro Max 256GB which was confirmed as in stock and paid for next day, Saturday delivery. I had a call a bit later from EE saying DPD were overwhelmed and delivery would take place on Monday (yesterday) instead. It wasn’t delivered yesterday, nor today and slightly giving up hope now.

@hbroadj I actually ordered the Pixel 4a on black Friday, however when I placed my order it was delivered next day and emails were sent to my email address to confirm the order, in fact without checking, I think that I had about three emails on the order.

What happens is 1) EE calls DPD says we have a delivery 2) DPD says ok and creates a tracking number.

If you do not get that tracking number, or any confirmation of it, then you are being lied to, if they say that it is in the post.

Yes it could be in your spam/junk folder, but DPD delivered mine on the 25th of Nov one day after placing the order, so not really over whelmed.

Sadly I am seeing a lot of complaints about one thing or another, and I do not like that, but honestly if you have not had a text or email with a tracking number, start chasing it up, and unless they give you a tracking number, do not believe that it is out for delivery.
