I done my early upgrade with someone on the phone yesterday morning, I have got a confirmation email that says the estimated delivery would be today, I have had no text or emails saying a time or that its been dispatched. The gentleman on the phone didn't advise me how long I need to wait or how long it would be to come. I would just like to know so I can be home for my delivery or change the delivery address to my work address

I ordered the iPhone 11 in white

I paid £7 for delivery and been told I have to wait 2 weeks but my partner got the same phone paid nothing for delivery and got it the same day

I'm sorry to hear this, @CharGreenall.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to query this.

 

They will be able to look at your delivery cost too.
