Order update

Hi I've asked for an update on order delivery placed on cyber monday for a oppo a72 & nintendo switch. I've received order confirmation email and have called customer service with promise of call back but no joy. Can see people having similar problems, can only assume stock issues? Just wanted to know if order will be fulfilled. Cheers.

The Oppo A72 is currently in stock, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't have received it.
