I've placed an order online. I received confirmation email. I got order number as well. Later on I received another email:

"Hi, Your order is almost complete, we will have you up and running soon.We need a bit more information from you to complete the order.If you can give us a call on  0800 079 0531, with your XKO ready." what does it that means. After then I've been checked my order statues online. It says :

Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.

 

Is there anyone that give me clear information about my order status please?

Please also provide the memory size and colour so I can check current timescales.

You don't need to take any action if you would like to cancel your order. It will only be completed if you call our sales team as requested.
