Hi, I have ordered a Samsung z fold 3 on 7/10 and was told it would be dispatched within 7 days.
My tracking status is still set to order confirmed, but I have received messages today saying my order is on track and I must return my trade in phone by 29/10, but I have no idea what its on track for and I will need time to clear my old phone once my new one arrives.
Please will you advise?

The current guidance is to expect despatch within 28 days.
If the date nears for your trade in and you still have not received your device I would recommend just giving our customer care team a quick call who will be happy to note this on your account.
