I’m unable to get through on the phone line to track my phone. However, I have a conformation email which says the number is trackable online and it’s not. I ordered it 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything from DPD or anyone.

Sorry, @blue123 there doesn't seem to be a Grey option for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB.
To check if the device is in stock for you, I will need to know which colour you have ordered, could this have been silver?
Do you get an error message when you try and track your order?

The Silver model is showing 'Now in stock. Usually despatched within 1 day' if you have had no update please give us a call on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and the team will get this looked into for you.
