I ordered new phone (upgrade) via phone and received order confirmation. I requested this to be delivered to my home but have received text message saying it will be ready to collect from the shop from today. I have no idea what shop, there is more than one where I live. Why has it been delivered elsewhere and am I expected to travel to all the EE shops to find it ? Order tracking says it is dispatched but nothing else.
