Order number

I’ve placed an order over the phone and received a confirmation email but it doesn’t have an order number on it so I can’t track my order, how can I get the order number?

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to provide you with your order number and give you a update on the status of your order.

Yes, I called the number this morning and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me the tracking info and checked on the status for me
