Order not sent / tracking timed out

I raised an order for a SIM only plan on 18th April and recieved the confirmation email with the order number.

 

However, when I try to track it using your order tracker it just comes up with a message:

 

"Oops! Your tracking timed out.

Search again for the latest info on your order."

 

Can you assist please?

I can't help but read that error message in a Britney Spears voice. 😄

 

You should have received an initial email XKN reference number, then a number beginning 0000, which is the tracking number.

 

Which number are you using to track the order?

I received the initial email with the XKN reference number, but didn’t receive any following emails / text messages with a number beginning 0000.
