Wow! Upgraded online three days ago... no communication apart from email to say order being processed.... rang 150 yesterday and they confirmed order had not been processed yet so did the process over the phone and I paid for a Sunday delivery.... received confirmation email... still no despatch details... rang customer services 3 times today already... as no contact whatsoever from DPD with delivery details.... told earlier to hang tight ... should receive a text from DPD soon as they have until 8pm tonight to deliver.... rang again for the 3rd time to now be told the order has not yet been despatched to DPD and may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.... what kind of service is this? Why can’t anyone tell me yay or nay?

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
