I just wanted to say thank you to Andy (called from 0800 079 8100) who has very kindly called me this morning to update me on the latest deals and whether I needed any help with anything. If anybody from the EE team can get in touch with him to say that he made a customer very happy. This is 100% quality service. Impressive.
