Order failed,now saying uniday discount code has been used but order not through

Ordered a new phone for my son's Christmas, payment was authorised but not taken ... no order confirmation. Now trying to reorder it's now saying uniday discount code has been used although it hasn't, didn't go through ... help

It's worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can track down the original order and find out what went wrong.
