I upgraded my phone on Friday and called yesterday to see why I hadn't received my order. There was a problem so the guy put the order through and said it will arrive at my store today. I have checked the EE tracker which says my order was dispatched yesterday but I have had no txts from DPD with a tracking number or anything from the store to say it has been delivered. I have tried called the store but they don't answer! I just want my new phone!

Welcome to the community.
I'd recommend keeping an eye on the online order tracker for updates.
You'll usually get the text from DPD either the day before your delivery, or the morning of your delivery.

Will it show on the online tracker when my order has been delivered?
My issue is the online tracker says it was dispatched on Monday and the guy i spoke to at EE told me it would be delivered to my local store yesterday. I went to the store and it wasn't delivered, I have called them today and it still isn't there. So why, if it was dispatched on Monday, hasn't it been delivered?

The tracker will update to tell you when it has been delivered.
