Order confirmation?

I placed an order as an accessory to accompany my Samsung Tab S6. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active via the monthly installments option. I entered my card details for a £10 upfront payment and had a confirmation email. I have noticed the £10 hasn't yet gone out of my account but had a confirmation email saying its been taken... can somebody help?

Hi there,

It was yesterday but I called in on 150 just to confirm the order. They
needed a call in any case so it would have been delayed until Monday. I was
verified and the upfront payment was taken. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active
is supposed to be delivered next week with a confirmation coming from DPD
on Monday... does all that sound right?
