Internet not working

Hope someone can help. Router has all lights on.  However laptops saying no internet and phones are showing 4G connection no wifi. This all started 2 days ago. Have restarted Router and reset it to no avail. Because it’s affecting all devices I’m inclined to think it’s a router problem.
