Order confirmation??

Hi, I have requested an upgrade and when I try to track the order it says “waiting for order confirmation”… what does this mean? When can I expect my phone? As payments for upgrades and phone have been taken.

I ordered the purple IPhone 12 mini 64GB.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'Usually despatched within 21 days'.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details from DPD the day before delivery.
