How can EE send an email confirmation for the order of my new phone with NO ORDER NUMBER!!!!!!!! its impossible to track or contact or get an answer on the app or website - completely rubbish and a terrible experience.
How on earth do you find your order number. Having looked on this community it seems EE purposely DONT PUT ON THE ORDER NUMBER FOR SOME REASON.
@Deadly I’d there a XKO or a XNO number on that email ? You can not track with an order number you need a tracking number for that and you’ll get that when a device has been allocated to you.
