I ordered an iPhone 11 in black (64g) as my upgrade on Tuesday 30th June. There was a £50 upfront cost that I put all my details in for but this has not been taken yet? I received an email confirmation of my order with an xko ref number, but no further updates?
can someone tell me when I’m likely to receive my phone? Is there a delay in processing?
