After EE sent me a replacement sim for my car, which I use for data only . The car they sent , when inserting into SIM card reader in the car, a message is presented on car interface saying “car not supported” . I tried the old card and that was reAdable but not usable. What am I missing?

the letter I received with the sim stated if it’s a replacement then simply put it in and it should work, it doesn’t . My other option is to go to ee.co.uk/simswap it when I do, it says it must send me a pin but it’s a data only card in my car and not a phone where a pin can be sent . There letter I received even had the pin!!!
so ee has sent me a card I can’t activate !! Any ideas ?

The best way to check if it's active, would be to contact our Customer Care team.
They will have access to your account and be able to activate it if necessary.
