Hello.
I FINALLY decided which phone I wanted to upgrade to (Samsung Galaxy A51) as contract runs out on the 23rd, stumped up £30 and had the order confirmation straight away on the 10th August.
Since then, I have not received the expected delivery date email or text, and haven't been able to get hold of anyone to find out where my order is.
Appreciate that current circumstances have had a knock on effect to business and deliveries, but it would be nice to find out when my order will be arriving. Any ideas??

Hello!
I eventually got through to an advisor called Ian (the phone lines were very busy), and it turned out that due to problems with EE's website, my order hadn't actually confirmed like the email stated.
Ian sorted out a replacement of a brand new Samsung Galaxy A51 in white (instead of the Good As New) and delivery is now expected to be on Monday.
Hopefully there will be no further hiccups 😅
