I ordered two phones as upgrades for myself and my husband. Orders went through OK.

 

Today I got an email saying I had cancelled one of the orders, I didn't so I've tried to call but I end up on hold for 10 minutes then the call hangs up

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
