Order Status - Awaiting Confirmation

I ordered the Apple Watch 7 on the 16th October and got an email saying to keep an eye out for texts but I’ve had nothing.

When I track my order it says Awaiting Confirmation and also Your In-Stock-Order is confirmed

Do I need to have done anything else or am I just waiting now?

It sounds like your order is in and you have completed everything you need to. 

As soon as your order is ready for delivery our courier will be in touch. 

If you wish for your order to be checked I would recommend giving us a call on 150.

Was just checking as I have had to speak to someone on the phone in the past after making an online order but I haven't had to this time

I have been awaiting for the iPhone pro max to be delivered since 28th September! Received an update dispatched within 24hours? Still not been dispatched? Do you know when this will happen?

It gave the update on Wednesday (expected to be dispatched within 24hours) and it’s still saying that now. Est delivery was 22-26th October - now still awaiting confirmation. Spoken to EE direct they can’t tell me anything just told me to regularly check the tracker. Frustrating

You'll receive text message to confirm the dispatch of your order as soon as it's on the way to you. It'll include a tracking reference number so you can track delivery with DPD.
