Order Number

I haven't received my order number in my order confirmation mail.

I ordered pay as you go sim 3 days ago and it hasn't delivered yet so I want to track it.

@pratham_21   SIM cards are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class so there is no tracking information to give. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

then how to stay updated with my order except of those 'not so helpful' mails.

There is no way to track your SIM online, please allow 3-5 days for your SIM to be delivered.
