My phone is due an upgrade, I want to get the xr but there’s a cheaper deal on another site but still with ee how do I go about doing this? Do I need to cancel my contract and take out a new one or can ee offer the same deal to me?

@Sam1505   Is this an upgrade on the other site or is it a new contract?  If it’s a new contract you’ll need to terminate your old one.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you take out a new contract you will get a new number, please give us a call on 150 so we can go through your options for an upgrade with you 🙂
