What does this mean (In-Stock-Order)?
I've been waiting for my product for the past couple hours and I expected it to deliver from 10:00am to 12:00pm and it hasn't been yet delivered, the tracker app says "In-Stock-Order".

Yes, I see this info on the online order tracking. And no I haven't received a text from them.

As soon as there is any movement on your order the tracker will update. DPD will also text you with your delivery slot on the day that it's due to be delivered.

Were you given any indication on delivery timescales when you placed your order?

Yes and it was set for yesterday and it hasn't came.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your order.

They'll be able to see what the current status is.
