Order Delivery Date

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch on 6th May and received a confirmation email with an order reference number and stating to expect despatch within 7 days. To date I have received no further delivery updates by email or text and I don’t seem to be able to track it using the order tracking page on the website.

any advice or help would be gratefully received.  Thanks.

As you are unable to track your order using the online tracker, I would recommend giving us a call so our mobile care team can ensure your order is progressing.
