I joined EE as a new customer on a pay monthly phone plan and now want to take advantage of an Apple Series 6 offer. However, everytime I add this to my basket, it asks me to login to my account and takes me to the Upgrade Page, which says "I cannot upgrade yet". I'm not trying to upgrade but trying to add another product to my account.
Just goes around in circles!

Happened tome and many others. I had issues dating back to October 2020.

I emailed the CEO.
I gottold off for publishing his email on here before but Google is your Friend
His first name is Marc. I'm unable to publish his last as well.
Just google EE ceo email address
Don't know why I got told off he does actually publish it himself on the BT website and tells anyone to email him if they can't get their issue sorted.
EDIT: He no longer does but he used to.

That the route I took because thats the route I find personally to fix anything.
I always tend to go to CEO of any company because I find the CS people don't or can't sort things.
Take SSE for me at the moment.
Moved house. Did house move. I can sync my new electric account to my online account.
2 weeks I have been on phone to them and yesterday they tell me they sorted it and it'll allow me from today.
Go to sign in to sync it. All they have done is delete my online account. I can't log in. I can't even register. Forget password doesn't work.
So an email went off to the CEO today. Usually they fix it within 24 hours.

@jswamin , have you tried ringing customer service and spoken to them, they should be able to put your order through ok, I find them very helpful?

Thats what I did - long wait to get a customer rep but they sorted it out.
