Online Upgrade to I-Phone 13 Pro Max

I booked my upgrade on 4.11.2021 but have not received any further instructions other than the fact that my trade in pack is on it's way. The track your order doesnt give any further information as to when to expect the dispatch, and the trade in envelope states that my current device needs to be delivered by the 20/11/2021.

 

Any ideas/help anyone?

I’m having the same issue. 

I bought the iPhone 13 Pro (graphite) on Sunday and it said it would be next day delivery, but I haven’t heard anything since?

 

please can you help?
