Hi everyone, I have purchased a Nintendo switch from the EE store a few hours ago, however I have not recieved a confirmation email to confirm my order? I have checked my emails and junk email too and still nothing. The £10 upfront cost is coming up as pending transaction on my banking app. Anyone know what to do it had this before? Many thanks 🙂

If the payment is pending but you don't have a confirmation email, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
