Old mobile number transfer to ee using PAC code but ended up on an old sim car

I recently moved to EE from three, and used a PAC code from Three to port my number over. The problem is I had a VERY old EE sim card linked to my online account (In addition to the new one and I had no idea it was there) and the number has transferred to this old sim card, and I do not have this sim card any more.

How can I transfer the number from the old ee sim, to the new one?

This is very frustrating, EE provide NO online support at all.

As I am outside the European union at the moment a phone call to support will cost £1.80 per minute, its going to cost a fortune!

I think I will pick up a local PAYG sim card then move back the three when i return to the UK. I'm pretty disappointed with EE, it shouldn't be this hard to port a number.🙄

If you can get access to a web-calling app such as Skype, then you may be able to call on +44 800 0798586.
