Hello I have swapped from Android to Apple and activated my new Sim - checked that my number is correct and turned iMessage off and on as instructed - but I am still receiving replies from my mom on my old phone (with old sim) which are sent from my new Apple phone. Do I need to phone EE or can anyone help with this? It only seems to be texts from my mom btw?
She hasn't tried as I am at work - but I'm seeing her tomorrow so I'll try that (restarting her phone) but yes it's normal text and not through a third party app.
