I did an online order, I got an email to confirm my detail. Why would happen if I don’t phone to confirm it? Will the order be cancelled

@Chlo201 If you’ve been requested to call customer services to confirm anything then you have to call if you don’t your order will not be processed and you’ll not get the device.
