I am trying to move to an eSIM from a physical SIM that is in my iPad, however, I am not receiving any texts for the code through on my current SIM. I get the usual EE messages about my bill etc. but not for the SIM swap.
Anything I am doing wrong?

@LazyWhippet You have to request a QR code to do this. You’ll need to call customer services to request this.

@LazyWhippet Can you put the EE sim in to a phone ? If you can the text will then come through. Note down the code then swap the sim back.

@LazyWhippet iPads can not receive text messages but they’ll receive notifications from EE about your bills as they are pushed out differently to your device because it can not receive text messages.
