I’ve upgraded my phone and had the order confirmed by email but no text. Called to check the status and the guy on the phone couldn’t find my order and re submitted it and again I have no conformation other than an email. The bikes phone is in stock and I’ve been with we since it’s inception and everything has always been seem less but it seems this is not going through for one reason or another

I originally ordered online 5/12/21 and called and checked the order yesterday in the 6/12/21 

it was a grey oh open 13 pro 256gb. I’ve since had my contract changed but still no info on the handset

The Graphite model is currently showing 'Usually despatched within 1 day'
