I've just received new phone with EE contract. In the email I received it said to insert the new SIM card and it will begin the transfer from my O2 number to EE (I have supplied the PAC during the order process). But I have now read you need to fill in a form? Can anyone clarify if I have to do anything or will it go automatically?

Did you provide your PAC code from O2 at the point of sale?
If yes, this process is automatic.
If not, you will be required to complete the online form.
