Hi All,

My brother gave me his old S8 and I didn't realise until the last minute that it uses a Nano sim.

I've had the same PAYG sim for the past 10 years (cut down to micro) and I was wondering if it'd be possible to transfer my current number to a new Nano sim?

I'm not the most clued up regarding phones, hence this post!

Thanks in advance for any help.

@SonnyOG   You can go to an EE store and request a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Apologies, I should have mentioned that I have an awkward work schedule.

Is it possible to do online?

Thanks Chris.
