Hi, I have a new contract and during ordering, I provided the PAC number to transfer my number over. I got my device yesterday with a sim card, and wondering if my number has been transferred or do I still need to go through the procedure and wait for two days for the number to be transferred. Many thanks

Hi @MishyKaaayy
Welcome to the community
I'd recommend a read of this EE help article under "how long does it take?" - usually the PAC will be actioned the following working day after your new SIM is live.
If you call EE C/S on 150 they will be able to check the status of your specific port and advise when your changeover day should be.

Hi @MishyKaaayy
Welcome to the community 😊
@bristolian is spot on. When you give us your PAC while signing up, your number should transfer to us the day after you register your EE SIM. So if you popped the SIM card into your new phone before 17:30 yesterday, it should transfer over at some point today.
You can find out more information by taking a look at our How Do I Transfer My Number To EE page.
Thanks.
Chris.
