Number porting

Placed a request to port my number to my new sim - used the EE link to provide the PAC code yesterday. 

Haven’t received any communication to confirm the request. How do I check that the request has been received and to confirm when it will occur?

Two working days if your request is made on a weekend.

If your request takes longer than two working days, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to get an update on this.
