Ordered a new phone on Sun gave my pac code with order. Turned it on Mon at 6pm. Waited... waited.... wanted... still waiting! Over 24hrs later and still nothing

The usual timescale is that the day after your new phone is activated on its temporary number, the port-in is processed.
In your case, there's a few possible reasons for your port not being completed yet - I would recommend calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile. If necessary, they can check whether the PAC has been submitted and what date your port is scheduled for.
