Number Transfer

Hi

 

I have recently joined EE from Vodafone on a pay monthly sim, during the order form it asked if I would like my number to be transferred so I completed this and added the PAC code. On the email it says that once I receive my new sim to put the new sim into the phone and the number should transfer, my number hasn’t transferred over so was just wondering whether I will need to wait for it to move over or need to call up?

I would recommend allowing 24 hours for your number port to complete. 

 

If this has not completed within 24 hours please come back and let us know,

Hi @LewAtt93 and welcome to the community

 

When did you first connect to EE, which day?

 

The normal timescales for porting are explained on this EE help article under the heading "how long does it take?"

 

If your port-in has been longer than this, I'd recommend calling EE C/S on 150 who will have access to your account and advise further.
