Hi Can anyone confirm Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g is unlocked on EE some say there are some say there not.

I know EE usually lock there phones but need dual sim phone etc

No. Devices bought direct from EE are locked to EE even with dual SIMs and can't be unlocked until 6 months old.
