Not received payment

I sent my phone to EE to be recycled for cash and I still haven’t received my payment. It has been a week now

Did you send it to them with tracked shipping? Do you know they've received it? 

 

It's a bit late now, but sending it to EE/any network carrier' is probably thr worst thing you can do, they'll undervalue the phone, by a lot - sell it to Mazuma or Musicmagpie next time

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yeah I sent it with tracking and they received it, I also emailed them and they still haven’t replied
