Not received my upgrade - ordered on Saturday

Hi, 

 

I ordered an early upgrade (a hauwei P20 pro) on Saturday and expected to get a text today or yesterday. I received the initial email about my order but have had no texts or emails since. 

I phoned EE customer service yesterday to ensure my order had gone through and she said it had but that she couldn't tell me when it'd be delivered. She said it should be yesterday or today but still nothing and the upgrade early cost hasn't gone out of my bank account. It also says the phone is in stock on the website. 

Has it been dispatched and when will it arrive?

@mb17  Unfortunately that can not be answered here as this is just a public forum. 

All sorted now anyway - there was an error with my order
