Not received my order

Hi

 

i ordered the new iPhone 12 pro in gold 128gb on the 31st of December and I still haven’t received a delivery date. Every time I check it says it’s still awaiting confirmation? Could you let me know a rough idea of when I should be receiving my order?

@Chelsea-1998   Try calling customer services about this,  you’re probably find there is a back order of these devices and EE will get it to you as soon as one becomes available that can be allocated to you because everybody else who is still waiting for that device model has received it.     Due to the current situation going on in the world this had a knock-on effected on everything including making the iPhone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Im thinking you will be waiting a while as I ordered mine on 5th of December and I’m still waiting
