Not received my order

Hi I should have had a delivery on Friday but got an email to say their was an attempt to deliver. I have recently been discharged from hospital so I am at home all day! It is now Wednesday and I have still not received my order. Is there a problem? Should I cancel?

You will need to call CS on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
