What can i do with regards to not receiving the free headphones with my new phone? It's been well over 21 days and I've heard nothing about them even though I've got an email confirming they've received my request... Seen as the contract hasn't been fulfilled can it be cancelled or compensated?

It was the sony xperia 10 iii and I've got an email from EE and the email from Sony saying they've received the initial request for the free gift which I have a ref number for
