100% no fee upgrade

My EE app says I’m eligible for a free early upgrade. It’s giving me the option to upgrade to a sim only contract which is what I would like. 

However it’s still saying I need to pay the remainder of the contract? 

Am I able to upgrade to sim only or not?

@Sophiepowell694  You probably best calling customer services about this as this peer to peer forum doesn’t have access to your account to see what is available to you.
