Not received and update on my order

Hi, 

 

I ordered my upgrade on the 3rd of October. It says I will receive a text to pick a delivery slot, yet I’ve not received anything since? Should of I heard by now? Starting to worry I won’t be getting my new phone any time soon.

@graciexx depending how no what you ordered you might have to wait for that device type to be allocated to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

iPhone XS. I receive and email saying thank you for your order. Saying I’ll get a text to pick a delivery slot but not received anything since

Do you have an order number showing on your email conformation, this will be a ten to 12-character number ?

 

If you do, can you track your order online?
