Hi,
I have just upgraded my iPhone SE to an iPhone 11. I was sent a new SIM card and put this into my new phone. I had then backup my phone across so all my photos apps, etc copied across. I had to type my number in to the phone as it was set as 0000000000 so I put my old number in. However since I have used this phone I have had no signal and have been unable to receive any calls and can only recieve messages on WIFI. If I send a message it goes from my Apple ID and not my phone number. Can someone please help
Thanks

Can you try your old sim card that you used with your iPhone SE, into your new iPhone.
Usually there is no need to use the new sim card, as the new sim card is sent out mostly for if you are a completely new customer.
