No way to add a new debit card

marchee

I’m a pay as you go customer and need to top up my account so I can get a new pack. My current pack is expiring tonight. My previously registered debit card was recently blocked due to a fraud and so I need to add a new debit card to my account. Currently both the myEE app and the website are down, calling 150 tells me it’s out of hours for customer service, and there’s no way to add a new card by text. So basically I have no way of making sure I can use my phone past midnight tonight. Ridiculous!

Try using Fast Top Up in the interim.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks @XRaySpeX but I just get a "Sorry you can't access my EE right now" on that page.
